A consultation is required for all services. The fee for the consultation is $55, which is due on the day of your appointment. This fee is applied to your service should you decide to move forward with treatment.
At your initial appointment, one of our providers will discuss your concerns, health history, and goals, after which they will customize a treatment plan for you based on your individual needs.
Our scheduling is designed to allow sufficient time needed to complete your treatment. To enjoy every minute of your experience please arrive on time. If you are late, we will try to accommodate you, however, we cannot promise to complete your full service. First-time clients should arrive 15 minutes early to allow sufficient time to complete your health profile.
When scheduling your appointment, you may be asked to guarantee your appointment against late cancellation using a major credit card.
In order to retain our talented and experienced medical spa staff, we require a valid credit card on file to ensure against cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not attend your appointment or you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a $100 fee will be charged to your account and any previously paid deposit will be forfeited. This fee is the responsibility of the appointment holder and must be paid before your next visit.
- We ask that you turn off your cellular phone and silence your pager in order to maintain our serene ambiance.
- We love children…however, in order to provide a safe and comfortable spa experience for all of our guests, children are not allowed in the medical spa.
If you have a cold, fever, the flu, or are presently taking antibiotics to treat symptoms of any type of illness, we kindly ask you to re-schedule your appointment to a later date. A “Healthy You” will not only ensure that your treatment is effective, but that you receive a truly relaxing experience at your visit.
All clients of Q the Medical Spa may be assured of complete confidentiality in regards to all aspects of their care.
- We will gladly accept the return of skin care products within 30 days of purchase for a full in-house credit on your account. PRESCRIPTION products and MAKEUP returns are not allowed.
- We highly value your opinion of our skin care products. Please notify our staff if you have a problem with any of our products.
Payment is required in full at the time of service. We gladly accept payment in the form of cash, check or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).
The initial consultation fee of $55 will be collected at the time of your visit. Should you choose to have a procedure, the fee will be applied to the balance of your treatment.
Deposits made to hold an appointment reservation for any service are non-refundable.
