Your first-class experience at Q the Medical Spa includes two membership program options, helping you save on all of your favorite treatments.
Membership program valid at both Q the Medical Spa locations; not valid at the Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery. Discounts are valid only on full-price products and services. Cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Membership program discounts cannot be applied to previously purchased products or services. No refunds on membership fees. Gift cards and/or vouchers cannot be used to pay the membership fee. Discounted rates are non-transferrable. Membership is non-transferable. Unused complimentary treatments, vouchers, and discounts are forfeited at the conclusion of your 12-month membership period. Membership expires 1 year from purchase.
