With a degree in Sociomedical Sciences and a minor in Sociology from the State University of New York at Geneseo, Chloe brings a thoughtful and client-centered approach to her role as a Spa Coordinator at Q Med Spa, where she joined in 2025. Her academic background sparked her interest in working within the medical field and gave her an understanding of the social and psychological factors that influence wellness. This, combined with her experience in retail and customer service, allows her to support each client with empathy.
Her skills in customer care motivate her to ensure that every client journey is seamless, helping clients feel confident and cared for, beginning with their first contact and throughout their treatment journey.
