Alyssa, MSN, FNP-C, RNFA, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from St. John Fisher University, graduating with high honors.
With over seven years at the Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery, Alyssa has guided patients through every stage of their surgical experience, from personalized pre- and post-operative care to continuing to serve as Dr. Amalfi’s surgical first assist in the operating room. Her background as a registered nurse in trauma surgery and dermatology, combined with years of experience working closely with facial plastic and breast and body surgeons as a nurse practitioner, gives her a distinct perspective rooted in surgical precision. This foundation continues to refine her approach to aesthetic medicine, where detail and individualized care shape every treatment.
Now devoted to aesthetic medicine, Alyssa is doing what she loves most: blending her passion for patient care with the art of aesthetic treatment. She believes in enhancing natural beauty through highly individualized care rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
