Lily joined Q Medical Spa in 2026 as a Spa Coordinator, though her interest in esthetics dates back to when she was just 14 years old. She pursued that passion further in 2025, earning her esthetics license from Continental School of Beauty in Rochester, New York. She pairs that expertise with years of experience in customer service dating back to 2015. That combination of care, attentiveness, and skincare knowledge makes her a warm, welcoming presence for every patient she meets.
As a Spa Coordinator, Lily is often the first person patients talk to. She helps them figure out what they need and makes sure they feel comfortable before their visit even begins. Her esthetics background gives her a genuine appreciation for the services offered at Q Medical Spa, and she loves being able to talk patients through their options with real understanding.
Outside of work, Lily’s usually cooking, trying a new restaurant, or outside with her sweet golden retriever, Sulley.
