Kaitlyn joined the Q Medical Spa team in 2026 as a Registered Nurse specializing in injectable treatments. She has always been drawn to understanding people, and that same warmth and attentiveness shapes every patient interaction. Her path began with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Penn State University. After earning her degree, she used her knowledge working alongside geriatric patients and it was there that she felt a pull to pursue nursing. She went on to earn her BSN from the University of Rochester School of Nursing in 2016, building her expertise across a range of clinical settings, including a neurology and stroke floor, Mohs Micrographic Surgery within U of R’s dermatology department, and travel nursing throughout Rochester and Syracuse. Each experience deepened her clinical skill and her understanding of what it truly means to care for someone.
Throughout all of her endeavors, Kaitlyn shows a consistent care for people and has found a love for medical aesthetics. She is deeply attentive to each patient’s individual concerns, taking the time to ensure every visit feels comfortable, personal, and reassuring from start to finish. Guided by a genuine dedication to her patients’ wellbeing, Kaitlyn is passionate about helping every patient feel confident and cared for at every step of their journey.
Outside the spa, Kaitlyn values family time with her husband, their five-year-old daughter, three-year-old son, and their much-loved rescue dog.

What she loves most about the role: What I love most about my role is getting to know my patients and building lasting relationships with them. I enjoy hearing their goals and helping them feel more confident by enhancing their natural features in a way that still feels like them. Whether it’s a subtle refresh or addressing something that’s been bothering them for years, my goal is for every patient to leave feeling refreshed, confident, and even better about themselves than when they walked in.
