In order to retain our talented and experienced staff we now require a valid credit card on file to ensure against cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your card number will be kept in your medical electronic file that is HIPAA safe.

If you cancel your scheduled service less than 24 hours before your appointment the full service fee will be charged to your account. If you have purchased a series, the treatment will be deducted from your package.

Spa Etiquette

• We ask that you turn off your mobile phone and/or pager to maintain our serene ambiance.
• For the health and safety of our clients and staff, smoking is not permitted in our facility.
• We love children…however, so we may provide a safe and comfortable spa experience to all of our guests, children are not allowed in the medical spa.
