In order to retain our talented and experienced staff we now require a valid credit card on file to ensure against cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your card number will be kept in your medical electronic file that is HIPAA safe.

If you cancel your scheduled service less than 24 hours before your appointment the full service fee will be charged to your account. If you have purchased a series (example laser hair removal package) the treatment will be deducted from your package.

If we are able to fill your appointment time you will not be charged. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
