The Ladder of Services
Dr. Quatela feels that every patient at every age can have their appearance and spirit nurtured at the Lindsay House. The "Ladder Concept" is a vertical and horizontal practice philosophy that allows patients to be guided through complex treatments available in cosmetic surgery. Patients may enter treatment at any level; from the bottom of the ladder, patients may be using skin creams that are applied at home, or nutritional guidance; or they may continue to the top rung, which is surgery. Since treatment is individualized, some patients who may need a higher level of treatment may not be ready for an invasive procedure. They can enter at a lower level and obtain treatments that will improve the problem with no down time. This concept allows patients to see the big picture and obtain an overview of their options. The Lindsay House is unique in offering only cosmetic surgery and treatments while staying on the cutting edge of treatment choices and surgical procedures.
