A consultation is required for all services. At your initial appointment, one of our providers will discuss your concerns and customize a treatment plan for you based on your individual needs.
In order to retain our talented and experienced staff, we require a valid credit card on file to ensure against cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your card number will be kept in your medical electronic file that is HIPAA safe.
If you do not attend or cancel your scheduled service less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $25.00 fee will be charged to your account. If we are able to fill your cancelled appointment time, you will not be charged.
We ask that you turn off your cellular phone and silence your pager in order to maintain our serene ambiance.
For the health and safety of our clients and staff, smoking is not permitted in our facility.
We love children, however, so that we may provide a safe and comfortable spa experience to all of our guests, children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the Medical Spa.
“Healthy You” Policy
If you have a cold, fever, the flu or are presently taking antibiotics to treat symptoms of any type of illness, we kindly ask you to re-schedule your appointment to a later date. A “Healthy You” will not only ensure that your treatment is effective, but that you receive a true, relaxing experience at your visit.
All clients of Q the Medical Spa at Lindsay House may be assured of complete confidentiality in regards to all aspects of their care.
Product Return Policy
We will gladly accept the return of any skin care product within 30 days of purchase for a full in-house credit on your account. PRESCRIPTION products and MAKEUP returns are not allowed.
We highly value your opinion of our skin care products. Please notify our staff if you have a problem with any of our products.
Payment is required in full at the time of service. We gladly accept payment in the form of cash, check or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).
The initial consultation fee will be collected at the time of your visit. Should you choose to have a procedure, the fee will be applied to the balance of your treatment.
Deposits made to hold an appointment reservation for any service are non-refundable.
